We are looking for a Fan-focused Concierge to join our team! You will be welcoming Fans, seating them in our exclusive Voodoo Lounge and assisting with live entertainment and concerts.

You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to bring your best each day for yourself, the team, and Fans.

Responsibilities:

Greet Fans and seat them in our lounge and concert areas
Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings
Provide a VIP experience with service and hospitality
Inform Fans of current promotions, upcoming events and nightlife
Manage the flow of Fans into the lounge, concert and bar areas
Answer questions for inbound and outbound Fans throughout the venue

Qualifications:

Previous venue, restaurant or hotel experience preferred
Friendly and Fan-focused personality
Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Fans, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
Ability to clearly communicate Fans’ needs to the Crue
Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
